REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

1. Statutory Withdrawal Rights

2. PEKI Voluntary Return Window
    •    Unopened, resalable products: 30 days from delivery.
    •    Defective/damaged: 365 days (proof required).
    •    Incorrect shipment: Free return label.

3. Non-Returnable Items
    •    Products with broken hygiene seals (post-use).
    •    Free gifts or promotional items.
    •    Donated items under Buy One, Give One.

4. Return Procedure
    1.    Initiate via Hello@peki.shop(include order #, photos).
    2.    Receive RMA number and prepaid label (if eligible).
    3.    Ship to: PEKI Returns Warehouse, Incheon, Korea.
    4.    Refund issued within 10 business days of inspection.

5. Refund Method
    •    Original payment method.
    •    Store credit option (110% value).
    •    No cash for third-party payer (e.g., gift cards).

6. International Returns
    •    Customer pays return shipping unless error by PEKI.
    •    Original shipping fees non-refundable.
